Targeting diverse communities with a range of experience & expertise, from entry level through executives. NAACP Diversity Job Fairs are open to all/all with a 2-year degree or above depending on the venue, Professional Career Receptions targets candidates with a 4-year degree and above. Featured Career Fairs are part of national events, including the NAACP National Convention, the CHCI National Conference, and the NCLR National Caucus. TalentFairs are part of the fraternities & sororities events, and attract candidates from throughout the black greek community.

PSI Feature Fairs are part of national diversity conferences and conventions. These annual national events provide essential high level diversity branding and recruiting. PSI Feature Fairs have been sponsored at the NAACP National Convention, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Conference, Black Fraternity and Sorority Conferences, The National Urban League National Conference, The National Council of La Raza, and more.
