PSI offers a variety of events created to attract a multitude of job seekers, from entry level through executives. Diversity Job Fairs & NAACP Regional Events are open to all/all with a 2-year degree or above depending on the venue, while the Professional Diversity Career Receptions are open to candidates with a 4-year degree and above. The Featured Career Fairs are part of national events, including the NAACP National Convention, the CHCI National Conference, and the NCLR National Caucus and are open to all job seekers. TalentFairs are part of the fraternities & sororities events, and attract candidates from throughout the black greek community.
